Andovar handled our large English-to-Japanese translation order within a very tight timeframe. They proved to be reliable and professional throughout the process. Both the sales team and the project manager responded to our inquiries quickly and thoroughly. The translation quality was excellent, and they were flexible in accommodating our edit requests. They truly are the most amazing service providers in translations. Do not hesitate to make use of them.There have been a couple of challenges, including an instance where translation quality control needed attention (specifically with an Arabic translator using AI instead of correct terminology) and an issue with a corrupted file that impacted a deadline. However, the team has been responsive in addressing these concerns, and the overall commitment to partnership and competitive pricing keeps them as our preferred provider.
